Helped along by its simplistic art-style, and a new icon, Noodlecake’s minimalist iOS puzzler Invert has stormed into the App Store Top 200 in the U.S … just one week after its launch on the store.
Providing a relatively basic premise to players, (that is compared to the likes of Reversi, Sudoku and Rubiks Cube by its creators), Invert will see you pressing buttons around a tile grid that then flips a certain pattern of tiles … and is currently being featured in Apple’s ‘New Games We Love’ section.
“Your goal is to make all tiles the same color using as few moves as possible,” the developers explain.
Now sitting in the U.S App Store Top 50, despite only seeing its launch on April 19, Invert includes 20 mind-bending patterns across 120 hand-crafted, easy -but hard to solve– levels …
