Apple Music Adds To Original Shows With ‘House of Strombo’

Apple just added to its line-up of planned original shows coming to Apple Music with the announcement of a new video concert series.

The series called House of Strombo will consist across 10 episodes of “house party-like live performances” and is set to be hosted by Canadian television and radio personality, George Stroumboulopoulos.

9to5Mac has more:

“The new series will include house party-like live performances from the host’s home in Toronto, Canada and will include both broadcasts and videos of the concerts on Apple Music, as well as interviews with artists and behind-the-scenes content.”

The series is kicking off today with Episode 1 featuring Canada’s capital, native production and DJ crew: A Tribe Called Red.

The show’s debut arrives alongside a special 75-track playlist which is available to listen on Apple Music from tonight, and that will aim to highlight releases from “a cavalcade of international legends.”

In an attempt to merge the worlds of music, design and journalism, Arron is perhaps best known for founding online news brand: RazorianFly; a hobby which grew to attract a monthly audience of 120K.

Today he can be found designing and writing for whilst also managing #THEHOTLIST - a weekly updating playlist of the hottest new artists, now streaming on Apple Music.
