Apple Seeds macOS 10.12.4 (Beta 2) to Developers

Apple is continuing its drive to make the next version of macOS the best it can be, this week seeding macOS 10.12.4 (Beta 2) to developers for testing.

Considered a minor update to the company’s desktop OS – and arriving just over a week after the seeding of Beta 1, macOS 10.12.4now available to download from the Dev Center, or via the Mac App Store for those running a previous version of the beta– will introduce users to Night Shift on the Mac for the first time

The feature, originally launched with the public release of iOS 9.3, aims to give users a better sleep pattern by reducing the amount of blue light that is ultimately emitted from their Mac’s display.

The second seeding of macOS 10.12.4 arrives just hours after the firm seeded iOS 10.3 (Beta 2), tvOS 10.2 (Beta 2) and watchOS 3.2 (Beta 2) to ADC members, full details for which can now be found here.
