“iPhone 7” May -Not- Feature Dual Camera System

That’s according to new photo that is making the rounds this weekend, which alleges to show an alternative design for Apple’s expected iPhone hardware refresh this fall.

“Someone has taken a picture of a PC work monitor showing what appears to be a metal ‘iPhone 7’ chassis, revealing its new design, which sports a larger single camera instead of a dual-lens, and also shows newly redesigned antenna bands,” reports iPhoneinCanada on the leak.

Up until this point, speculation relating to Apple’s forthcoming major iPhone refresh has almost exclusively revolved around the possible introduction of a dual camera system, that could further help to bolster the smartphone’s auto-focus and optical zoom capabilities.

However the above supposedly “leaked” photo could suggest otherwise.

A full visual mock-up for the proposed, (allegedly real) design can be found here.
