Coining itself a “revolutionary” way to share what’s on your clipboard between iOS and Mac, (even when the app is running in the background), Command-C is a brand-new, inter-platform offering that claims to “work like magic.”
Supporting a variety of text (plain and formatted) and image (JPEG, JPEG2000, PNG, TIFF) formats, Command-C facilitates the sharing of whatever you happen to “copy” on one device, wirelessly, over to another.
The app will show you all the device(s) you currently have connected, whether those are either Macs, iPhones or iPads, with you then being able to choose which device(s) you want the copied text or images to be pasted onto. “You can also create your own workflow using x-callback-url and browser snippets,” Torrisi (the app’s developer) says.
In order for the app to work as intended, you’ll need to head over the Mac App Store and pick up your FREE copy of Command-C for Mac, which acts as the wireless receiver for the text and images you’re looking to transfer over to OS X.
